Imagine if you could only choose to eat at McDonald’s or Burger King. You didn’t know about Wendy’s, Taco Bell or even KFC. McDonald’s and Burger King oversaw issuing permits for fast food restaurants. They decided what criteria must be met to receive a permit and they made certain that they met the criteria and no one else could afford to meet the criteria. Letter to the Editor: Why Libertarians aren’t on the primary ballot

Per Indiana law, a political party must get a minimum of 10 percent in the Secretary of State’s race to participate in the general primaries. We must get at least 2 percent to maintain ballot access — which we have done every year since 1994.
